Brand Visibility Pack

1. Voucher Overview 

This voucher entitles the bearer to a partial car wrap and website design package valued at up to AUD 10,000, provided by Signage Mates. 

2. Eligibility

• This voucher is valid only for the original recipient and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Signage Mates. 
• The vehicle(s) to be wrapped must be legally owned or operated by the voucher holder.

3. Scope of Services Covered

This voucher covers:

• Partial Vehicle Wrap for one standard-size vehicle (design, print, and installation). Valued at $2500
• Website Design Package including: Valued at $5000
  • Up to 5 custom-designed pages
  • Mobile responsiveness
  • Basic SEO setup
• On page and 1 Month Off page SEO: Valued at $2500

4. Exclusions

The voucher does not cover:

• Full vehicle wraps
• Additional vehicles
• E-commerce functionality or custom software development
• Photography or video production
• Ongoing website maintenance (unless separately contracted)
• Travel charges for installations not included 

Additional services beyond the AUD 10,000 package value will be charged at standard rates.

5. Redemption Process

• The voucher must be redeemed by contacting Signage Mates Team on 0422 421 733 on before the expiry date 9^th November 2025.
• A consultation must be scheduled within 30 days after Make a Wish Gala.
• The voucher must be presented digitally or physically at the time of booking.

6. Expiry

• This voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
• Services must be initiated before the expiry date, or the voucher will become void.

7. No Cash Value

• This voucher is not redeemable for cash.
• It cannot be exchanged or refunded for monetary value or other goods/services not specified.

8. Cancellation or No-Show Policy

• Once project work has commenced, cancellation by the voucher holder may result in forfeiture of the unused portion.
• If the voucher holder fails to respond or cooperate within a reasonable timeframe, Signage Mates reserves the right to consider the voucher redeemed.

9. Intellectual Property

• All design concepts remain the property of Signage Mates until the full value of the voucher is utilized.
• Upon completion, the client will receive full usage rights for the final website and wrap design.

10. Liability

• Signage Mates  accepts no liability for damage to the vehicle unrelated to the wrap application.
• Signage Mates does not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue increases from website deployment.

11. Agreement

Use of the voucher implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Signage Mates reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
